A home inspection is designed to determine whether all of the essential components of a house are present and doing their job effectively and efficiently as evidenced by a visual, non-invasive (components will not be disassembled) inspection. Equipment panel covers such as main and auxillary electrical panel covers and HVAC plenum covers may be removed for inspection, if safe to do so, since there could be hidden defects within these components which could pose a safety hazard, efficiency problem, or an area of concern. A thorough inspection of the property is the service we want to provide.
